This inaugural event is on all weekend along the harbour foreshore, it should be a great event, a really positive thing for cycling in Newcastle, view the entire program of events here and get along to it if you can.

Have found this Blog to be a rather wonderful entry into a different side of Newcastle. It gives a slightly different slant to the city. I’m cycling a lot around Port Stephens, at the moment, and have been drawn to the confluence of bikes and Newcastle on your Blog. Since I like both very much.
I’ve just scrolled down most of your entries. And I am not disappointed by what I’ve discovered!
Thank you JGA, I hope to be resuming normal transmission very soon.
Look forward to it!
Why, oh why, when I live the other side of the continent did I think checking out the program of events would be a good idea. “Food Pedallers Ride”!!!! One word – jealous! I hope you had a wonderful time. It looks a comprehensive and well-organised event. 🙂
I didn’t actually make it along BB as I haven’t been well lately, but I did hear the entire thing was a great success! Apparently about 20,000 people went over the weekend and there was a really great vibe there. So I am jealous too!
